"Started great at check-in. I have been coming to Paradise Point since the 1960's with my family and have been coming back every year with my family ever since. I very much appreciate the upgrade when we checked in as our room and location were perfect. We were here in late Sep'24 and had a similar great experience. Also appreciate the heating of the Adult pool for which I swam everyday in."

"We stayed at the hotel as we attended a wedding in San Diego. The hotel was very welcoming. We love the Polynesian feel and enjoyed our room. The king size bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. We visited the lounge in the evening and enjoyed a drink as the band played. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the on-site restaurant. The restaurant staff was awesome. They made sure that we were taken care of as we enjoyed our meal. "it felt like our room could have been a bit cleaner. I dropped something beside the bed, and when I looked down to retrieve it, it looked like under the nightstand had not been cleaned for quite some time. The room had a few areas like that. "

"Excellent location for proximity to Sea World & Mission Bay. Great price for product. Elevators were Out Of Order..so a few stairs were required to be climbed for 2nd & 3rd fl rooms. Staff did offer first floor rooms. Relatively quite. Clean. Amenities; fridge, microwave, blow dryer, extra seating...Recommend "

"We rented a suite with a kitchen. Great to have full stove, fridge and micro but limited kitchen wares to actually make a proper meal. It really should have a dishwasher. Not keen on relying on how other people before me wash their dishes. The location is perfect though. Right on the beach."
